To take off, we need to walk or run a few meters together with the pilot.
When taking off with a paraglider, the pilot and passenger launch from the ground — there's no need to jump from any height.
At the moment of landing, the passenger's only job is to lift their legs as high as possible so they don't touch the ground at touchdown.
Depending on the season, it's best to wear appropriate clothing and hiking (trekking) shoes.
